Terms of Service
These terms describe the basics of using ReviewPing, including the current early-access offer and the standard plan that will follow it.
Service
ReviewPing is a subscription software product that gives a business a public review page and short link that opens the business's Google review form. The product is provided as-is and may change as the service evolves.
Billing
During early access, businesses that sign up or claim a page while the offer is live may receive free-for-life access with no credit card required. After early access, ReviewPing is expected to be offered on a single standard plan of $7 per month unless a different amount is clearly shown at checkout.
Customer responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of your business information, your Google listing details, and the messages you send to your customers. You must use ReviewPing in a lawful way and must not use review gating or deceptive practices through the product.
Third-party services
ReviewPing depends on third-party services including Google, Stripe, Supabase, Vercel, Resend, and PostHog. Availability of those services can affect the product, and ReviewPing is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.
