Privacy Policy
This page explains, in plain language, what information ReviewPing handles and why.
What we collect
ReviewPing collects the information needed to run the product: account email, business details you enter during setup, the review link slug, optional logo and cover photo uploads, and basic event data tied to product usage.
How we use it
We use that information to host your review page, authenticate your account, process billing, and improve the product. Public review pages expose only the business details required for customers to leave a review.
Service providers
ReviewPing relies on Supabase for authentication and data storage, Vercel for hosting, Stripe for billing, Resend for auth email delivery, Google Places for listing lookup during setup, and PostHog for product analytics.
Review visitor data
When someone opens a public review page, ReviewPing logs a page visit and whether the Google review button was tapped. In version one, that data is used for product health and future analytics only.
